I have the same problem with drinking water. Even after working out and sweating a lot I rarely get thirsty but I will drink some. All I drink is coffee (about 5 cups a day) and I have been counting those as intake. I drink a tall glass with my vitamins and that is about all I drink. I don't feel bad physically at all,…

Those three links are awesome. Thanks for posting!

Hey, I just turned 41 and I have 30 lbs to lose. I have been on MFP off and on for a few years and have found it is the best way to lose weight. I am not horribly uncomfortable about the current "me" and so I am not super, super strict but more health focused. I do know that I would feel better if I lost the weight instead…

I am just getting back at it. Mine is set for 1200 cals but usually I eat over that amount and work it down to 1200 through exercise. Feel free to add me.

Same problem....Smallest ears ever... Bump

Same here.... I was on track to losing a goal of 25 lbs and got into a real funk... I am sitting here in a rut and feeling so horrible and bad today. I am looking for inspiration... something to snap me out of it. I find that I get on a good track and then lose it. I tend to get depressed when that happens, which makes it…

me too. no time for it

For me it was portion size... We tend to underestimate the amount we eat. I snack more frequently on fruit if I get hungry and I never eat out. I try not to eat processed food because the food companies add all kinds of crap to keep you wanting more, more, more!

hot!

I used to drink it until I spilled it on my skin and it stained badly and wouldnt come off. Then I decided to look more closely at the ingredients. I threw them all out right away. Its plain water for me.

Heatherloveslily, That is also how I am doing it. Seems healthiest to me!

Jeez b'ys, she was just sharing an article. Relax! Thanks for sharing. I was always under the impression that a calorie is a calorie so this is a must consider for me.

On my lunch breaks each day I usually get in 20 minutes of intense cardio (2 miles), warm up by doing 10 minutes of very brisk walking (to get to the gym) so 30 minutes of cardio total and then I circuit train for 20 minutes. I try to be consistent and get there at least 5-6 times per week.

I haven't been eating the workout cals at 1400 cals but at 1200 cals I find that it is hard not to cut into the workout cals (not purposely). I guess I am consistently in the 1200-1400 cals a day range and that is fine for me. I used to eat almost double that so it works for me.

Wonderful! How you gettin on'? I'm in Gander! :flowerforyou:

That is so encouraging and your body is thanking you for it. Way to go! 5 k is not so bad and a realistic goal.

I have a shock absorber and it works! I have also heard about the Enell bras but they cost more. Oprah recommended this one.

Ok, I re-read your post and understand what you were asking now. The forum won't allow me to delete my post!

Just curious.... what would you be doing to burn that many caleries in one night?
