I do run striking the heel and also run on the toes. So should I only run on my toes?

I have been running about 3miles 3 days a week. I also only run on a treadmill when it rains. I have been running for about 2 months. The shoes I run in are the Skelitoes.

I just started P90X a week ago.

I eat a banana and some water 30min before a workout. I do cardio 3time a week and weight train 3 times a week. I just do not have enough energy if I don't eat. I have read that you can train on a empty stomach or have a small snack before. It just depends what works for you. I am also up at 6 and working out at 6:30am.

I have never tried the South Beach Diet, but when you diet it is a life style change. So if you stop dieting you usually put the weight back on. But have heard it has work for a lot of people. Never hurts to try!
