Get better soon! Strep is no fun. It's probably hard to eat too? I know I have a hard time eating when i have strep because my throat gets so sore.

Good info! HaPpY VaLeNtInEs DaY fellow exercisers! P90x 1hr, ab ripper 15 min and cleaned my house like crazy today! I have 2 boys and they have valentines parties today,,,,they will bring home lots of candy! I pray for self control...I love sweets!

Today I was too busy. No workout. I try to take one day a week to rest anyways. P90x is kickin my but. I have been sore for 2 weeks straight! (A good sore). :) Hope everyone is gettin their sweat on!

Cardio ,kickboxing is fun and huge calorie burner! For lent I thought about not eating after 630pm. I just signed up for my first 5k that is in June. You get splashed with colors while you jog! Sounded fun!

It is not easy, but when you repeat a DVD you realize it's a little easier than last time which makes you feel good! I do it with my husband in the morning. I wear a watch that monitors my heart rate and calorie burn, it's intense cardio sometimes, and the other DVDs are more on strength training, or yoga. I burn on…

Unfortunately you have to take it easy with a knee injury as you don't want to make it worse and have to wait longer to get a real good workout in. Just really focus on your food. It's said losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So you can still succeed with an injury, then kick some butt when your healed!
