Interesting. Thanks for your input. I think it was from sugar/caffeine withdrawal as it was significantly reduced. I never used to get headaches. I have no more headaches now though, just the first few days of the diet change. Regardless, I feel great now!

Snow day today! No school and I didn't work. Played in snow for 90 minutes sledding and building snowmen.

I started a new job and kids had no school due to weather, only shoveled a ton of snow for 10 minutes, but i broke a sweat! I'm trying to figure out a new schedule. Biggest loser cardio max DVD 45 minutes Saturday. Very encouraging words lilmzritz ! Just read this today (Sunday) and it got me goin on my stationary bike while watching America's funniest videos!

Thanks lilmzritz! Nice quote! Activity today was p90x chest and back 1hr and I'm riding a stationary bike right now in front of my tv! I just picked up this stationary bike from a neighbor that set it out on the curb for anyone to take! It's working great so far! Keep sweatin everyone!
