Hi I started in July 2023 at 225.2 lbs. Currently almost 6 months and have lost 35 lbs. Been on 0.5 ozempic this whole time. Only side effect is constipation.

Hi First time participating. I have bounced up and down with my weight. I would like to get healthier in general I just started on BP medicine and that kind of was a kick in the gut that I need to do something about my weight. Did you do the whole goal set up process? It probably will recommend a higher calorie intake for you so that it is a more sustainable weight loss.

What kind of diabetic? A diabetic can eat sweets in moderation and cover it with insulin without much issue.

Be careful though. Something that may be low in sugar may have more carbs then the original. Personally I would just make a sensible cake and make her aware of the carb count on it so she can cover it.

25 I sent you a friend request. Anyone else can add too! Currently trying to lose 25 pounds to get to an "overweight" BMI of 174, then I will reevaluate and see if I want to go down to 145 for a healthy BMI.

If it is "whole wheat" then you are good. If it just says wheat or white or made with whole grains then that is more refined.

Fiber-eat whole grains (look for the "whole ...." as the first ingredient), beans, whole vegetables and fruits with skins. You can even stick in a fiber supplement like metamucil if you want.
