Help!! Need diabetic cake recipe ASAP!!

Does anyone have a completely awesome diabetic cake recipe? My mother-in-law retired today and my husband and I are cooking dinner for her tomorrow night and she is diabetic.

Look up 1001 recipes for diabetics. Good book and should be online. What kind of cake are you after?

Be careful though. Something that may be low in sugar may have more carbs then the original. Personally I would just make a sensible cake and make her aware of the carb count on it so she can cover it.
