Hi how do you add a signature for posting and also the weight loss tracker?
I still can't decide which I am. Right now I am not doing any regular exercise. However, I teach pre-K so I am up and moving for a good portion of the day working with the kids. What do you think that counts as? Sedentary or lightly active?
Hi Back on the weight loss journey. This time however it involves more than me. Long story short my husband needs a kidney and when I go for an evaluation I sure as heck don't want hear I weigh too much. First goal BMI of 30. Then I will see what I want to do for myself after. Looking for friends to support my goal.
Do you ever find that there is a general difference in how people treat you from your highest weight to your lowest (such as job interviews, or in a store)? I don't know if it is in my head but I really feel that people have been nicer and wanting to chat to me now then at my highest, 40 lbs ago. Any thoughts?
I keep trying to figure out how to accurately measure inches as I have read a bunch of different resources that say different things.
