Am I sedentary or lightly active?

I still can't decide which I am. Right now I am not doing any regular exercise. However, I teach pre-K so I am up and moving for a good portion of the day working with the kids.

What do you think that counts as? Sedentary or lightly active?

    I would say you are lightly active if you stand for a large portion of the day.

    Lightly active - sedentary would be parked at your desk all day, like in a call centre or something.

    Lightly active or even the next one up, whatever that is...the settings here are on the low side, and we're talking pre-schoolers!

    I'm a livestock farmer and I consider myself to be lightly active if that helps.
