  • just looking for a general roll call type post. maybe tips and shake recipes(I haven't fallen in love with shakeo yet.)
  • Yeah Idk what tdee is but I'll tell you this... I'm 5'4 in the 130's and I workout regularly also. My BMR is 1400 and I eat at least 2000 cals more on heavy gym days, and pretty much whatever I want in moderation. I lost 8lbs in the last 6 weeks since I started eating more then the 1200 mfp was telling me for months with…
  • Day3PM- "Firm, flat abs fast", it was fun and different if you've ever danced you'll like it http://www.fitnessmagazine.com/workout/abs/express/firm-flat-abs-fast/?page=1
  • Are you taking vitamins? a multi, iron, and b12 or b complex that helped me a ton!
  • Day2PM- 30DS level 2 and a short walk with the little one and a dog who both rode in the stroller most the time lucky little boogers. Day3AM- kick *kitten* April 3& six pack march 3
  • Day2AM- -kick *kitten* april 2& six pack march 2 and The 300 Challenge which I'm told is the ab section of P90X, Killer ab workout I only did 20 of each not the 25 next time I do it I'll up to 30(I hate doing odd numbers with abs)
  • Day1PM-kick *kitten* april 1& six pack march 1 again. Plan was to get out for a jog but couldn't talk mini me into it.
  • Eat more often. I was full after 900 cals(not net cals I wont even tell you what that was) and I figured out it was cuz I was only eating 3 meals no snacks really. Plan all your meals ahead, set timers, maybe even log it the night before if you have to you can always switch something if you change your mind.
  • I just stopped going to the gym cuz I don't think a month and a meeting with a trainer did anything. My new plan is to do 30ds the rest of this month(since that workout gets me sweating and burning way more then what the trainer had me doing in 2 hours a day at the gym) so when April comes around I can do either yoga in…
  • ^the experiment idea for a week or 2 and make note of what he eats so there is no cheating. if you do it let us know how it works out
  • I agree with having a "prize" type snack in the house to keep you from going and doing things that will make you feel bad. ie skinny cow ice cream(not a big box) to keep you from going to DQ
  • I found a few different recipes, none from hungry girl, and put together one I thought I would like. But just for an update I made these tonight only used 1Tbsp splenda(not enough) and added some ground ginger(wished I had fresh). Fixing that and taking out the onion next time they'll be great. Will make again.
  • This would really upset me if I were in your shoes, it would kinda be a take it or leave it deal. If he doesn't want you to plan meals tell him he can cook(and pay for himself) for both of you. The catch being give him a list of things he can NOT use and won't have in your home with the healthy sub he can use. Maybe even…
  • Not sure, my guy has a shellfish allergy too but he eats imitation without a reaction. Well with my luck he will have one this time since I'm cooking with it lol.
  • I don't see why not. I might try a dozen or so like that before I add the crab in
  • Go to a farmers market and stock up on fruits and veggies first, make a fruit salad and cut up veggies with low fat dip for snacks. I try to fill up the house with that stuff so when I go to the store I have to keep in mind I have no room for the crap I used to buy I have to limit my shopping to just our planned meals.
  • First off I'm sorry so many people are being rude about how many kids you have, **** if I could afford it I would be the old woman that lived in a shoe, if you have the funds to have a big happy family good for you your very lucky! now in my experience having a baby is a great way to make yourself get in shape. To start…
  • Honestly anyone that says the burn form cleaning doesn't count, I don't want to picture your house that's gross. They all talk about they only log if its more then 30min, moving furniture, or "spring cleaning". I think their "spring cleaning" is what we do every weekend. I move all our furniture to vacuum and mop on my…
  • feeling weighed down tells me your eating too many carbs. I know for myself if I eat pasta or oatmel before my work out I have a hard time getting myself moving. But I know where your coming from when I first started on here eating all my cals was the hardest part jsut thinking about eating my burned cals made me sick but…
  • I think we're all adults here and have no right to say whats right or wrong for any one else. The pics aren't hurting anyone and to be honest I think the only people that would have a problem with it are people that wish they had a body to show off. Good for you guys and gals that can take those pics I plan to be right…
  • cold turkey!! Don't do diet it will keep you as bloated as you were before. It's going to be hard and you will have a couple slip ups when you go out to dinner or pick one up while your in line at walmart but getting it out of the house is a must. Changing that and nothing else you will lose 10lbs in the first month if not…
  • Hey I'm 23 and my daughter will be 3 in may. I would love to blame her for the lbs I need to lose but thanks to nursing I was under my pre-preggo weight(a gross 108 I thought I looked sick) by her 6 month check up. I put this extra 35lbs within the last year when she found fast food and we started doing treat projects…
  • I'm lost on this topic as well and it doesn't help that I have a hard time eating even 1000 cals a day. if anyone has any tips add me pls thanks
  • Thanks guys you both were helpful. I'm a caffeine addict who recently cut out soda and tea and I feel like death because of it. So the caffeine without the calories is mostly why I want to do it. Also I am really worried since this is my first diet I know a lot of people have a hard time sticking with them that if I'm not…
  • so i guess thats a no lol
  • We eat out a lot now that I'm dieting and my guy and my daughter have no need to change how they eat(I wish I could be mad at them about that). I'm been ordering more then I should for two reasons. First whatever I get no matter how much I eat is healthier then leaving hungry and snacking on crap I shouldn't have. And also…
  • I forget to changes shoes sometimes and walk a hour or so in them. I don't even realize til I'm home taking them off, so comfy.
  • This makes me sick for two reasons. First off chicken nuggets are gross and most the time don't even look like chicken. And second what were her parents thinking. Every once in a while my daughter pitches a fit that she only wants crap for breakfast, I tell her no and let her sit hungry for 15 minutes and should enough she…
  • For me its my sweet tea, I sometimes worry I'm addicted. But I'm cutting way back and I just started mixing half sweet half unsweet so its not so much sugar. My 3 or 4 half and half teas a week are way better than a gallon a day I was drinking.
