  • I do not stretch before running. I too did research on this when I started running about ten months ago. Muscles should be wamed up before stretching and if you did it before running that is not the case. Listen to your body and do what you feel is best. Good luck.

  • I had a similar issue with another program. I read something really technical but it had to do with the muscle tearing that happens when you strength train and those muscles retaining water. I was sore all the time but I guess my body got used to it. I noticed the moment the soreness went away the weight dropped.

  • I eat mine with fresh chopped fruit (Berries, pineapple and grapes) and flax seed on top, sometimes chopped walnuts too. I place the fruit and cottage cheese on Wasa crackers if I have them. I also use it in some recipes that called for ricotta cheese due to the less fat and calories.
