My breasts went first. BUT, they are not saggier for the weight loss! perter if anything! they look much better in my opinion, and now my body is starting to catch up I'm proportionate. Good luck!

Level 1-the bit where you squat with punches. Its not completely painless, but its easy and I look forward to it when im sstruggling with the others. Level 2- the ice katery thing, although I think my arms are doing the wrong thing its nice and easy.

im on day 20, and didnt move up til day 12 because i was afraid of the pain! Its nothing like those firt three days and while you do start to work different muscles, in my opinion, its not any harder. I prefer level two. Level three on the other hand.........

Well done! 30 pounds is exactly what i want to lose and its really inpirational and motivating when I know that it can be done. You should be so proud of yourself!

I'm on day five. Still at level one but its getting easier. I can walk upstairs without flinching for the first time in days!
