Tuesday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 75 of them.

There is a catch to only doing 75 of them. When you go to do these, get in position holding yourself up on the
edge of the chair and then scoot your feet out until it is hard to hold yourself up. Once you reach that point
that is the point in which your feet should be to do these 75.

Reply back and let me know how it goes for you. This is part of the switch to "quality" not "quantity" that I am implementing.


You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 75 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

That video is kinda goofy but it gets the point across :)

My challenges are open to all and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.

    Oh my!!! I was wondering why only 75 when we did 200 crunches yesterday....Then I started doing them and I TOTALLY realized why only 75! But I got it done. Took more breaks than yesterday, but did all 75! I got up 15 earlier this morning just so I could fit the challenge in, Thanks for jump starting my day :) Oh BTW....my abs were the first thing I felt when I got out the bed this morning...little sore, but I like the sore feeling now.
