Wednesday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100.

Starting today the new rules are:
You can break them up into sets but your first set MUST be as many as you can do in one set. In other words, we want to build up our strength to do these exercise.

Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.

The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.
Have them done before midnight. "Midnight" is when YOU go to bed.

My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

    I hate pushups but I'm gonna try to fit these in throughout the day at work.

    I managed 50 on knees. . 5 sets of 10. Glad I gave it a go though and also stomach muscles bit sore from yesterdays crunches!!

    All done... My god that was hard especially since I was doing 30 day shred today haha
    Split them up into 80 at work 20 at home! Work ones I did sets of 20 and the home ones sets of 10!
