Log in on Monday but weigh everyday, can't stop myself.

It took me a week before I started loosing weight. Stay the course and it will work for you.

For me that is normal, I may move up or down a couple of pounds. I weighed 212 on Monday morning, 211 yesterday and this morning back to 212.5. Maybe just water retention, not sure why.

I log my weight the same time each week, on Mondays in hope that will help me make it through the weekend with out going over.

I love Cheerios with Banana, great with 2% milk but also very good as a dry snack.

I use Splenda and coffee-mate, can't live with out it so I just figure in the calories. It's just the way it is, I can't live with out it!! I call it milk shake coffee!
