It's been two days I have been keeping under 1200 calories and watching what I eat very carefully. Today, I have gained 0.6lbs...how is that?! I am frustrated

Dont weigh yourself everyday. It will hurt your confidence. Sometimes our bodies fluctuate. I have 1260 a day for myself and sometimes I stay under and sometimes go over occasionally and I have lost 9lbs in 3 weeks.0

It took me a week before I started loosing weight. Stay the course and it will work for you.0

Don't weigh yourself everyday! The scale is a vicious backstabber who is a bad measurement of your progress. Maybe once a week is good
