Working only 2 minutes from a gym helps but I pretty much go everyday at lunch. It not only gets my exercise in daily but it saves me money because I'm not off shopping or eating out like I used to do.

I've had frozen Lean Cuisines every day for lunch at work and have managed to lose 7.4lbs....With that being said, I'm also starting to feel slightly guilty from eating such processed meals and do plan on eating more whole and real food for lunch once my supply runs out. :wink:

I am in the same boat you're in. We camp almost every weekend during the summer and I just seem to be yoyoing from losing during the week and then gaining on the weekend. This weekend I literally watched everything I ate while out camping and the scale this morning only went up .8lbs.....
