  • I have a fitbit One! LOVE IT! Makes me accountable for my activity throughout the day! I use MFP and MapMyWalk and it all just keeps me going! The challenges with other members is awesome too!

  • I haven't taken a rest day yet. I am afraid if I take a day off, my routine will be disrupted and I will fall off the wagon.. So, for now, I will just keep doing what I do:)
  • I am on a dr supervised ketosis diet. It is super strict, and must be monitored by a dr. I have labs drawn every two weeks to make sure my electrolytes are ok. Not recommended if you are not under a doctors care! It's really hard and dangerous if you try doing it alone. Check with your dr first!
