I've just recently gotten back on MFP after a break for a couple years. I had gotten down within striking distance of my goals but then let it get back out of control. Would welcome any friends and support!

Thanks, everyone. I definitely need to increase the frequency of my fish consumption. Don't smoke (never have), and I try to get about 30 min. of aerobic activity in 3x per week. I'm going to try and slowly work the time per day up and then hopefully increase the frequency to 4-5 times per week.

Waking up early for working out sucks. I try to remind myself why I'm doing it. Some days I give into the temptation to stay in bed, but I try to limit those as much as possible.

Started a little after Jan. 1. Down 20 lbs overall. Starting to come off a little bit slower, so I'm working in some new exercises to my workout. Good luck to all!
