Been on this for a couple weeks now. I'm down 8# since the start of the year. and looking to lose a total of 30-35. I've got my calorie settings to lose 2# per week, but I'm not on a strict timeline. Thus, I give myself a cheat night once a week to eat whatever the heck I want (so don't crucify me on those days ;-D). Wanted to start encouraging more people and getting more encouragement.
