Most of the various eatting challenges I've done. Ghost chili wings, 4.5lb bbq sandwhich, 13" 4lb pancake, 6.5 dozen wings (78 wings) over the span of an afternoon at BBW during the world cup.

Honestly, I find all asian women to be attractive.

What scotch you want depends entirely on your own personal taste. Do you like a good very assertive peat/smoky scotch? If so, then Lagavulin 16 year is it.

Some people are on low carb based diets. When thats the case rice is not part of a balanced diet.

I'm doing that as well. Mostly just calory counting. My line of work (corrections) does have its physically strenous days.

Another possibility is to increase your calory ammount to start with. If you've just started dieting and are use to eating say, 2500 a day (just picking a random number) then cutting it down to 1200 would be setting yourself up for failure. If say it was at 2500, try starting at 1800-2000 to get your body used to eating a…

The ones I had actually were fine. Rinsed them for about 30 seconds and tossed them into the stir fry. Then again, I ate these rather often at japanese establishments. Also didnt have an issue with the texture.

Different yam. These are not sweet potato yams, but mountain yam (burdock root)

Was always in decent enough shape throughout college, but upon graduation I worked for a year as head chef at a rather nice italian restaurant. The very long hours combined with the fact that I don't smoke led me to eat alot throughout the day. Then when I left that job and got a gig with the state I stared to make good…

Lagavulin 16 year when I want something smokey and if I could afford to drink it every day "Scott's North of Scotland 1964". So, so good. I prefer craft beers though (I've reviewedover 700).

I find myself eating 1200-1400 daily. Not trying to, its just after the meals I cook I'm not really that hungry later in the day!

Baba Ganoush?

If I am cooking with, or preparing something, that has pretty much 0's across what I'm tracking (ie: Lemon Juice from concentrate, Garlic Chili sauce) I won't record it. As far as legitimate food goes though, I record everything.

Heres something you can do....sift it. Plop it into a fine mesh strainer and using the back of a spoon, pass it through it. That will give it a finer, creamier texture. Then mix in fruit or such. OR dunk kale chips in it?

I am a HUGE craft beer fan (used to drink 5-7 different craft beers a week) and reviewer, with over 800 different beers reviewed. Now unfortunately I've limited myself to 2 crafts a week and if I REALLY want a beer with dinner I'll have an Amstel Light (96 cal). Otherwise its whiskey for me. If I'm out at the bar though…

I'd personally be doing a happy dance on the inside. Love assertiveness.

While not tofu, some skirataki contains tofu to give it better texture.

I just bought yam noodles "konnyaku"...you know, the stuff you get with hot pot/shabu shabu. No smell at all, and perfectly fine texture (similar to other asian noodles) for me. I rinsed mine in cold water, no need to microwave or blanch or anything else. Stuff is delicious and at $2 a container (2 servings per container)…

I'm the exact opposite right now. I've eaten 768 calories all day and I'm very full. I reccomend more fresh veg instead of premade meals. Also, things that have more fiber in it resulting in fewer net carbs.

My apologies for hijacking the thread, but I did not want to create a new one under the same topic. I too have this question, as I find myself drinking anywhere from 4-6 L of water a day. For what its worth, my job requires me to be on my feet alot, with a fair amount of walking and restraining of individuals. I drink…
