Welcome! I just joined a few weeks ago myself. I highly recommend that you walk briskly for 30 minutes every day if you can for the next 7 days. After I counted calories for a bit I decided to just exercise every day along with it. Nothing too strenuous, just walking. I feel GREAT!

Save Room for Dessert! I just had Haagan Dazs Chocolate Sorbet, 1/2 cup was 130 calories, only .5 grams fat. It was so chocolately and yummy. I love this dieting, I am discovering food I never knew existed (lol) I added it to the database a few minutes ago.

Low fat fresh mozzarrella (sold usually in the form of balls in water near the gourmet section), tomatoes, olive oil, oregano and basil makes a great sandwich either grilled or cold .... or a great salad. A nice change of pace from meat.

Yum! I would have never thought of these, thanks! This is what I need. Frozen bananas, yes! I will go out and buy mixed berries too! If I eat an entire can of chickpeas, I won't feel nearly as bad as eating a jar of PB - lol Heather

You are simply beautiful in all of the pictures, but very 'sparkly' in your most recent picture. Your pictures defined visually exactly why I started "my fitness pal" today, it was because I had lost my mojo... my sparkle. Seeing your sparkle is very motivating. Thank you for posting these today and congratulations on…
