I'm in!!! I need to get back to working out and not just watching what I eat. Although, I do walk a mile everyday, because I have to. Stupid entrance to work being a half-mile away from my office. Good luck everyone!!

Just did day 3 because I swam and my calves were killing me on the 4th. It made me throw up and the end of the workout. Good times, but not really. I still need to do recovery and then I'll be back on track. Thank you all for being such an inspiration.

I made it through today, with more breaks than I should have but I finished. I was dripping in sweat and thinking about the cold shower I was going to take. I just hit pause, got my minute of catch-up breathing and then resumed. It was hard but I can't wait to see the results. I'm so happy we have each other in this group.…

You can do it!!! With me I just did a modified version of the exercise if I felt I was going to face plant. Like the Level 1 drills.. I did pushups on my knees and didn't run it out. I lost all cordination on the cross jacks, and had had to take longer breaks. I would pause it, break for a minute and then come back. I'm…

Hi! I'm Amber and I am 31 y.o., 5'1" and 153 lbs. I am not married and don't have kids but I really want to get healthy.
