Not to stir the pot. But in 18 yrs as a Fireman Paramedic Ive been on numerous dog attacks and bites. Almost Everyone involved a pit. One was as young as 6 months old that attacked a 12 yr old girl on a bike. She had multiple surgeries. They are beautiful dogs, but to me its just not worth the risk. Sorry. Just my opinion.

Your Resting Heart rate is a little low. I would Mechanically check it in case your device is wrong. If its correct I would see a doctor. @ KENNY: Im not sure I understand your question. Plateau's are basically your body resetting. When you hit a Plateau and your stop losing weight for a period of time , that's when its good to change up your routines.

Plateau's are normal. They can last a week or two. I always change routines up when I hit a Plateau. Do a different cardio. Change your lifts to something new, Change your reps and sets. I always work more on interval training to break through. Just stick with it and ignor the scales for a week or so. Goodluck.

Stay away from running, only do low impact cardio (walking, swimming, eliptical, stationary bike, rowing machine ect...) I wouldnt even consider running until you get down in the 250 lbs range. I lost approx. 26 lbs. in about 5 weeks. I hit a 2 week plateau. Plateau's are just part of it. Ive been changing up my routines a little and finally broke the plateau last week and lost another 4 llbs. When you hit a Plateau try to change some things up. Maybe some Cardio you have not done before. Good luck
