how about sweet potatoe chips? peel, cut into thin slices, place on baking sheet, drisle oil and salt on them. Bake until crispy about 15-25 minutes. So good and healthy

My time of the month decided to show up last week. I never get it and it just decided to pay a pop up visit. :sad: I had gained 4 pounds by wednesday to 236 and this AM I am back down to 233.0. so a .8 gain for me. :frown:

I was diagnosed 1 year ago. I am on synthroid but keep changing the dosage s. My bloodwork keeps coming back bad. I can gain 5 pounds over night and am always tired. Watching what I eat and exercising helps a lot. Anything with sugar in it and certain foods cause it to act up. I also have asthma so the steroids put weight…

I never had a weight problem till I hit 18. Than the pounds crept up. After having my boy I got the huge stomach now. But as a kid I was skinny.

I believe I did great today. Got hungry this evening so I had a small banana and 10 almonds. I actually feel great. :happy:

For me I can't go without carbs for a day. I will get very dizzy and shaky. I lose more weight with carbs in my diet and I feel better. Dairy is very minimal for me as I get bowel issues.

You may be half a reaction to one of the foods you ate. Turkey gives me migraines and chicken gives me stomache ache. I just gave up coke and fanta this week and after 2 days I had a migraine. Had to take a pain releiver last night. So your body may be reacting to the food you ate.
