Hi all. Just starting Insanity and am looking forward to finishing it. My plan is to do two rounds -- posting progress pics after each one. I have a long way to go but I believe in myself. Nothing changes if nothing changes.

I measure at my natural waistline (where I bend), and 3" below my belly button.

I just watched the inner thigh insanity. OUCH! I'm definitely going to add this to my rotation. Thank you.

I did Day 2 earlier and I swear 30m flew by. I like that she's getting your ready/prepared for the later videos by starting out "easy" so you get use to the movements and work on your form and balance. I'm looking forward to Workouts 3 and 4.

As long as you can wait at least 2 hours before working out it shouldn't be a problem. You could also try having a light snack (ie. a spoonful or two of peanut butter) before you workout. Either way, it's a personal preference and how comfortable you feel.

I say that now...haha I don't plan on following her diet program to the letter, but I will incorporate some of her dishes because a few look scrumptious! I'm doing the 7 day jumpstart this week and will begin week 2 next week. I wish I…

Since I couldn't edit my original post, I have a Polar F6.

I'm starting today...too many Monday's have passed by with me saying "I'll start on Monday." :/

I'm no fitness guru but I would do my PM workouts about 2 hours after dinner, which is about an hour before I'm down for the count. In my mind, I believe that I burned off everything that I ate.

I own a woman's polar fitness (sorry, can't think of the model # right now. When I get home later, I'll update this post.) It's my favorite because it's the only one I've owned and it's never given me any problems -- that is, when I've used it. Haha

I have these: http://www.bose.com/controller?url=/shop_online/headphones/audio_headphones/in_ear_headphones/index.jsp&model=mie2i_headset. I'm not a runner, but I have jogged here and there and never had any problem with fall out.

When I was actively working out (which I plan on re-starting today -- YAY), I would get up at 5:15a every morning. I find it easier to set out my workout gear, have the DVD/weights ready to go so all I had to do was start working out. On the days where I woke up feeling "weak," I would eat 1/2 a banana about 15m before…
