I throw some in my protien shakes and my shakeology, or spread it on a rice cake- delicious! Also use with apples or mix it as suggested and use as normal pb! :) It has better taste than adams- which was my old "healthy" go to!

What they don't understand is, when they say they are a coach, it just makes the product that much more less attractive, because people will say anything to get a sale. They get FREE Shakeology every time someone buys it or a program from them. This is what someone has told me. ...this is FALSE.

I'm a Jenelle fan as well. Her form is incredible and easy to follow, she also does a lot of little things that you can pick up on to make exercises easier, especially lower body.

Personally? I love shakeology with a little pb2 and spinach. Keeps me full till lunch plus crazy awesome. But, if your not into that, a nice green smoothie with almond milk, peaches & greens is awesome. I have this with protein powder after my workouts and its amazingly refreshing.
