No one will protect your child like you will. I would do what your doing by going through the school...but i would report to the police and file assult charges (wouldn't hurt to see where it gets you, it could at least scare the bullies). Shred is a mean workout.....but It really has worked for my daughter. she couldn't walk or move the next 2 days after starting it. but after that she was fine. I'd say, start it out slow so you don't get to sore in the beginning. I did it once but I don't have the DVD yet. Good luck and let us know how it works for you!

you sound a little down. stress and depression can pack the lbs on (it did me) even if you don't eat . Shin splints are painful and you may need to see a doc for relief for that issue. WOW I'm impressed!! I'm so uncoordinated! It takes me a while to just learn the moves. I've been working on toxic and my best score is 6888. But I haven't even tried any of the other songs yet. I'm slow but moving !!
