Good afternoon to all, I finally hit target at 54 years and now just trying to maintain, have received a few of the you have lost too much weight comments but I feel good, I am healthy and train regularly ... keep smiling :)

Hi, Im not a professional, however, as part of my personal training sessions my instructor makes me use the machines, plus free weights.. so in my eyes, the machines must be okay. Good luck. M :)

Try to plan and save some calories for a treat, or buy an adult colouring book and enjoy :)

Take each day at a time, write everything down and log everything you eat. Add extra movement, however small, set tiny challenges and talk to people... You can do this...good luck. x

Hi, I have had a similar problem, 6 weeks on 1200 calories, working out 4 times a week and eventually a 2lb weigh loss this week :) It will happen just enjoy the feeling.. Mx
