  • If you have gone heavy on sodium then your body may well be clinging on to some water, try going lower sodium for a few days drink PLENTY of water and maintain your exercise. Give yourself a day of more calories too, spike to 1500 or 1600 for just a day, kick start your matobolism again.

  • Why is it you want to cut out carbs? Are you exercising as well? Carbs are necessary for the body to function, cutting out is unwise really but can be a short term kick start, depends what you want from it.

  • I just enter it as 20-30 mins of the exercise. I know it burns more calories than I put in but I would rather underestimate than overstate.
