A taxi driver told me I had a pretty face and would be stunning if I lost weight unlike his daughter who was still ugly after losing weight. I really didn't know how to take that. Awkward taxi ride haha :)

I've only done slim fast and herbalife for shake diets, I've never tried shakeology. When I eat something bad it doesn't always affect my weight loss, as long as I haven't gone over my calories by eating it. Just make sure it's within your daily calorie, carbs, fat, salt, sugar levels or whatever you keep track of :)

When I was TV shopping a few years ago I did some researc and found that the LCD v Plasma debate really depends on the screen size you want. My food diary shows a few things but calories are what I am most concerned with. I try to keep an eye on my carb, fat and sugar intake but I don't feel as bad going a little bit over on those as I do if I go a bit over on my calories. I use a smaller plate which just kind of tricks the eye into thinking you have a full plate and I also drink a pint of water with my meals and take sips in between every couple of bites. If you eat too quickly your brain won't recognise that your stomach is full.
