I'm chasing three kids 5 and under, if the money will make it a bit simpler on me I'll call it my Christmas gift. Right now my account is set up for losing 1.5lbs/ week with sedentary. I was working out an hour a day 5 days a week, but am working myself back from an injury. This is my first week without pain, so I've been…

I used some calculators on IIFYM's website. When I type in the BMR calories they give me, the grams aren't anywhere close. To use the free version, do I mess w/ my daily calories until the grams match IIFYM?

Would you recommend using MFP's upgraded account to track macros, or do you do it a different way? I used some calculators on IIFYM's website. Do you find them to be accurate? I appreciate you taking time to respond!! : )

You just have to decide you want it. I've decided I'm going to lose 100lbs by my 30th birthday in February and as of this morning I have 48.4lbs left!! You can do this!!!
-
I'm half way to my goal, and have 7 months to knock out the other half. Add me!

My youngest will be 9 months tomorrow. Prepackage some snacks...Fruit, veggies, hummus, PB, etc. If makes it easier to grab healthy snacks.

Are you working out? If yes, are you eating any of those calories back? 1300 may not be enough for your body, so your body is holding on to the fat bc it's in starvation mode. Have you tried to up them a little to see what happens?

How many calories is MFP allowing you each day?

FR sent. I'm also a mom of 3, youngest almost 8 months. :)

I never did since I never really knew how much I was burning by nursing. I'm going on 7.5 months, longest I've nursed any of my kiddos!

Thankfully, I haven't come down with it. Yet. Kid #3 started it, Kid #1 was next (last night) and Kid #2 just woke up with her fever. I told my husband I'm running away. lol If I can just get everyone healthy, it will be no problem getting back to the gym. Top it off Husband's grandma is going to pass any day now. I feel…

Undies fell down while I was running. Capris caught them, but it was an awkward walk to the locker room with a big budge in my butt.

I'm 31lbs under pre-preg and am breastfeeding my 6mo. Are you nursing? I didn't lose anything after my second, even with nursing. My body just held on to the weight for some reason...

5 Gallon bottle of water!!!
-
If you're doing a steady 1.5lbs/week about 13 weeks. I lost 40 in 6 months 5 days, but I'm breastfeeding a 6 month old so that's kind of cheating. ; )
-
You made me teary eyed. Thank you. : )

No way
-
Thank you! Next goal is 9.6lbs and 8 weeks away!

I had one yesterday... I was running and had an undies malfunction. They fell down. Yup. Totally embarrassed, but fantastic.

Hi there! I've been nursing my third for 6 months (tomorrow). I started with Weight Watchers, but switched to MFP a few weeks ago. I've been eating around 1620 calories and burning between 700-1000 six days a week. I pump once a day (approx 8 ounces) and freeze it. I drink at least a gallon of water a day. So far I've lost…

My Husband and I are coming up on our 8th anniversary (together 14 years). He's still wearing pants from high school, BUT his blood sugar and blood pressure are high. He can't order a pizza online, let alone go pick up his own junk food. So when I quit buying, he quit eating. I lucked out. Good luck!!

Reply with the POSITIVE. You're wonderful, thank you for asking.

You gave me hope. Thank you! I've had 3 csections in 5 years, the most recent being 6 months ago. My BMI at delivery was 39.8. I've since dropped almost 37lbs, but don't feel any better about myself.

They wouldn't give those material items a second thought. They would be proud of you for loving yourself enough to say no more. And I hope you reach a point where you're able to do that. Your value as a person is not in a number on a scale.

Absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for sharing.
