My favorite new 100 calorie snack - 8 reduced fat wheat thins with a wedge of the light laughing cow cheese. I also am now a fan of hummus with carrot chips. Also very satisfying and low calorie! :tongue:

I love my ranch, too - so it was totally difficult to kick that! :noway: Now I really enjoy a good fat-free raspberry vinaigrette - it has so much flavor, and so few calories! The "Ken's" brand has some really good "light" and fat-free dressings (including the raspberry). :tongue:

I have almost completely cut out my fave - Ranch dressing. Market Pantry (Target brand) has a great Raspberry Vinaigrette and Lite Honey Mustard. Also, I don't pour the dressing on my salad anymore - I put it on the side, and just dip the edge of each bite of salad into my dressing. I get the flavor, without drowning my…

Hey, I'm pretty new to MFP myself, but I am also on the 1200 calories-a-day. One of my favorites is the FAGE yogurt - but any Greek yogurt will do - they have lots of protein, so they help you to feel full. It's what I typically have for breakfast. :smile:
