Bump is for exercise. Every time you read bump you have to get up and swing your hips.

Seriously, I'm going to try these too. Thanks for sharing!

These sound delightful (and wheat free yipee!). Can't wait to try them out- thanks so much for posting them.
  • Is there a Sugar/Sodium count for these?

    Sugar - 6g
    Sodium - 125mg
  • can you tell me what PB2 is. also, is this cholesterol free? :-)

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, you mix a couple tbsp of it with 1 tbsp of water and it forms peanut butter. Or you can use just the powder for baking or in protein shakes, etc.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the cholesterol content. Sorry!!
  • This looks awesome!
    Why is everyone saying bump?!

If you say "Bump" or anything really, it save the thread in your "My Topics" section so you can easily find it later
  • Must try these!!!

I made these last week, they are delicious!! I gave one to my friend and she asked "wheres the sugar?" I think these would be really good with chocolate chips!

NEED to make these. I've made peanut butter muffins in the past and loved them but they were SO high calorie.
  • Made these last night using the PB2 in place of peanut butter and they taste just the same! I ended up adding another 1/4 cup of oats, making it 1.5 cups total and cal count came out to be 140 for 1 large one.

    What is PB2???

I've been experimenting with muffins using whole wheat flour and rolled oats. These look really good.

    Thanks for the recipe!!!!
  • What is PB2???

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, lower in calories and fat, but still a similar taste :). You can find it at GNC or on Amazon.
