    The verdict! Excellent!
Tried these tonight- a couple of notes:
    1. Used a whole egg - I am pro chicken-fruit!
    2. Added chocolate chips so the kids would eat them
    3. When I mixed it all up it was really liquidey and I thought there was no way it would set so I added 3/4 c oats ( for total of two cups) and they cooked up perfectly!
    4. I thought for sure I was going to regret not adding stevia, but with the chic chips and banana they are perfectly sweet enough!

With the extra additions I am thinking 125 cals per small one, maybe double the carbs?

@stephanj Thanks for saving me the hassle of scrolling through all the responses or asking if anyone had tried the recipe with a whole egg (and yes I hate seeing yolks go to waste!)

    To the OP thanks!!

Bump is for exercise. Every time you read bump you have to get up and swing your hips.

Seriously, I'm going to try these too. Thanks for sharing!

can you tell me what PB2 is. also, is this cholesterol free? :-)

PB2 is a powdered peanut butter, you mix a couple tbsp of it with 1 tbsp of water and it forms peanut butter. Or you can use just the powder for baking or in protein shakes, etc.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the cholesterol content. Sorry!!

    Why is everyone saying bump?!

If you say "Bump" or anything really, it save the thread in your "My Topics" section so you can easily find it later
