Peanut Butter Banana Oat Muffins (with no flour)

I'm going to use unsweetened soy milk, but I don't know what to replace the eggs with any ideas?

Ground Flax Meal. I just bought a bag of Bob's Red Mill and on the back it says:
"Flaxseed meal makes a great egg substitute for most recipes. For one egg, simply mix 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal with 3 Tbsp water in a small bowl and let sit for two minutes. Add to a recipe as you would an egg."
