    I don't think my husband is getting me anything....I did tell him I would really appreciate a day where I can stay in bed with a good book while the house is being cleaned by someone other than myself!! LOL

    He is a jerk, which is why we aren't together anymore to begin with.

    He will get me nothing. Same thing I will get him for Father's Day.

    The kids will give me handmade cards and things they do at daycare (well, not the older one, they don't really do that stuff in middle school anymore). And, I will take them out for dinner on Sunday night so they feel it was "special", because it is a way bigger deal to them than to me.

    Not a damn thing. I've given her over $75,000 in child support over the last 12 years...all TAX free on her part. I think that's a great Mother's Day gift every month.

    I'm getting a house! Not really lol, it'll be another 6 months probably, but we're starting the process now. He's never gotten me anything for mothers day, or birthdays, or christmas, but having a home for the kids would be better than all that anyway :D

    Would love to go to a spa or get a pedicure something like that! Not have to cook or clean and have the kids be magically wonderful with no fights for the day lol yrah right! For the dad to have to gets make me a card or do something a lil special from them to teach them that mothers day is special! :tongue:

    We celebrated it on tuesday. I received, flowers, chocolate, bath products, a card, vanilla smirnoff, bbq pizza for dinner, went to see Avengers, and extra amazing sex! I gained 2 lbs, but I'm back at my normal weight now :) He's an amazing husband!

    I will be spending the morning at the salon getting pampered while hubby has the kids and that evening for dinner he's making me steak & broccoli spears per my request. I told him I didn't want a gift other than that...I'll be spending enough at the salon lol

    Nothing for my ex. She has enough of my stuff. :)

    For my mom, I spent a few hours and created a poster in Photoshop for her and printed it out for framing. And we're going to an Italian place for lunch.

    We celebrate it today and Sunday, since today is Mother's Day in Mexico. Today, we are meeting a group of friends for dinner in our favorite restaurant (that doesnt really count since we do this once a month). But I won't get anything from him, I'm lucky that I got a nice text message today. But I will get cards or stuff that my kids made. I have saved every single one of them too.

    We celelbrated today and my husband took me out to dinner, and gave me flowers, a new pair of shoes, a really nice watch, some chocolates and a nice card from him and our little one.

    My boyfriend...got me a herstyler. Its this really expensive hairstraighter. And a mini herstyler. (for travel.) I love it! but i have to wait on shipping. :cry:

    The best present my baby-daddy could get me is to pay his f*&#)*# child support and try and remember his kid's birthday and Christmas.

    My daughter on the other hand is completely amazing. She gave me a shopping list of things that she is unable to buy (wine), worked her butt off around to earn some extra dough (stuff around our house and at my folks). She has some sort of secret day planned which according to the list requires soap rose petals, bubble bath, wine, candles, chocolate covered strawberries, and a DVD of my choice. I must also pull out my foot bath and nail polish, so I imagine that a mani-pedi, a movie, and a bubble bath are in order.

    YOU KNOW IN THE BEGINNING I WOULD GET HER FLOWERS THEN SHE SAID SHE WANTED THE MONEY INSTEAD SO NOW I JUST GIVE HER A CARD AND TAKE MY DAUGHTER SO SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO DEAL WITH MINE FOR THE DAY WE DON'T DO GIFTS FOR HOLIDAYS OR BIRTHDAYS JUST USUALLY EXCHANGE A TEXT MESSAGE AND MAYBE A CARD

    I USED TO HATE IT BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS SHE'S NOT MY EX WE WERE ONLY TOGETHER ONE TIME SHE'S MY BABYS MOTHER AND I'M HER BABYS FATHER
