If you don't have HRM I would highly suggest getting one, I agree with others, MFP are to generalized, they tend to be higher than actual!! I bought a Polar FT4 from bodytronics.com - LOVE IT :love:

Day 2 level 1 done - some reason I'm not burning as many calories as I was, I was already on level 2 day 4 and switched it back to level 1 to stay even with everyone!! Any ideas why i'm birning less now??:sad:

I was on day 4 of level 2 BUT decided to start all over today with level 1 to stay in sequence with everyone and hopefully knowing all 168 members of this group are doing it on a daily basis will keep me motivated for the full 30 days!! Heres to everyone in the group :drinker:

Here goes, my measurements are - chest -35 waist - 30.5 hips -37 r thigh -22 l thigh -22 r arm -10 l arm -10 I'm really hopeing to knock off some inches on the waist and hips and BULK up my dinky arms!! :bigsmile:

My only suggestion would be to buy a HRM, that way you know the exact calorie burn you are doing!
