running up hills will NOT make your legs bigger unless you have a parachute attached to you or something. I run up hills in the mountains all the time and my legs are stronger but not bigger.

I never heard of calcium leaching calcium from bones :huh: I heard that about phosphorus. Excess calcium could deplete magnesium from the body. Best thing to do is eat a well balanced diet and milk can fit into that diet.

Drink organic milk. Goat milk tastes like goat to me. Almond milk is a nice alternative.

I eat from 11 am - 6 pm and it works if you have problems with binging. I don't understand the people laughing and saying it's not a "quick fix" all it does is change your eating schedule, you still eat the same amount of calories.

I agree if you like to eat breakfast eat it if you don't like it don't eat it. Just keep track of all your daily calories no matter what time you eat them. I start the day eating around 11 am - noon which is "lunch time" for some people
