It is never a good idea to remain hungry, it can lead to binges... I would decrease your weight loss goals, eat more calories and then maybe change your exercise routine to rev up your metabolism... also... any chance you could be pregnant?

great answers guys... I find that before I wouldn't really have cared about overeating -maybe not realizing that "portion size" are often way too big. But now that I have the red numbers, even if I'm over only by 100, I feel bad...

I like the shopping idea...:tongue: maybe there'll be a place near the hotel to run; I don't get to choose the hotel and I don't think there is a gym... just when I had finally gotten good at exercising!!!

great ideas! I have the 30d shred but I can't bring a mat and handweights, I need to travel light... thanks for reminding me that north american DVD don't work in Europe, I'll bring my laptop if I find a good dvd that doesn't need much equipement...

hey! if you have celiac it is gluten (barley, oats, wheat, rye) that you can't eat... go for rice-based foods, quinoa and apelts are also good grains to know... stay away from processed foods and soy sauce, most of them have gluten. good luck , it takes a while to adapt to the diet -my brother has it and it was hard at…

If you must snack, I think that a few pieces of Nibs or Twizzler candy is your best bet, unless they have air-popped popcorn...

thanks... I'm not too worried about the calories as I'm only 25 over my target, more the nutritionnal deficits... I've been drinking plenty of water -in the time we were out my friends drank twice as much as I did! I'm happy I was able to limit the damage... I also walked home! all in all, it could have been worse!

thanks! I thought the lowest the sodium the better, but it seems we have to balance it out... i'll try drinking gatorade or such...
