Hi! I'm trying to watch my sodium intake -which is usually not that bad as I cook most things from scratch and try to avoid canned ingredients. I've recently realized that I have severe salt cravings when I drink more than 6 or 7 glasses of water a day. Could it be that my body needs to balance sodium and water? any ideas?
