I don't know if you meant salads exclusively, but I like to use integrate leafy greens into lots of different foods. For example, I add spinach to egg white omelets or scrambled eggs. This reallllly hits home. My s.o works in a corporate setting and I have turned down every invitation to company functions like X-mas parties, dinners, etc. because I was afraid he would be made fun of by all his colleagues with "trophy wives" (and there are quite a few) :( Down 30 lbs so far, but still have a ways to go..…

Probably a 5 or 6. I love Sriracha "Rooster Sauce" on just about everything, but that is about as hot as I can go without being uncomfortable.

I usually work out around 8pm. I just can't force myself to work out early in the am. I love night work outs! I just take a shower and go to bed feeling so proud of myself :)

I really like them with honey or Dijon mustard. I've also seen restaurants serve them with spicy ketchup, and some type of brown sugar/marshmallow-y sauce.

I use it in pretty much every salad and anytime I would normally use rice. It's so good with vegetable stir fry!

I love Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism! I alternate it with No More Trouble Zones since one is mostly (vigorous) cardio and the other is mostly strength. Love her, but after the millionth time hearing her push me, I've started muting the video and playing my own music through Pandora...it's actually pretty fun.
