    Lettuce wraps...too many options.

    1. Take ANY meat, cut it or roll it, add some sauce (mustard, BBQ, teriyaki, etc.), and enjoy!
    2. I have been on this fake meat kick thanks to Wegmans...so you can take breaded or unbreaded "chicken", wok or pan cook it with some form of Asian sauce w/ garlic, red peppers, mushrooms, add some cheese you like...YUM!
    3. Mexican options...honestly...anything you can put in a shell, you can put in lettuce

As a note, like I put with Mexican food, anything that can be paired with a bread product can typically be placed in a wrap

I do stir fry lean beef and broccoli (sometimes frozen "stir-fry veggies" too). Lots of ginger and garlic, a dash of soy sauce and soba sauce.

I also eat this with nori seaweed for wraps instead of lettuce.

I eat this a lot actually.

Sometimes I just sautee a load of veggies and wrap them up.

I mix tuna with light mayo, mustard, onion and sometimes pickle (dill) relish... It's awesome in lettace wraps!

I take 2 romaine lettuce leaves. Then I lay a couple of thin slices of some good deli turkey on one of the leaves in the shallow depression of the leaf. Lay some sliced red pepper strips over the turkey. On the other lettuce leaf I spread a tbsp of garlic or red pepper hummus. I lay that leaf ontop of the one with the turkey and kind of squish it together, Amazingly filling. 2 of these are around 150 cal. Hope you like it.

I saute finely chopped water chestnuts and mushrooms, and then add chopped grilled chicken breast for my base. My 2 favorite sauces are Kikkoman Spicy Miso, which is one of their teriyaki takumi sauces. Then top with fresh chopped green onion. Or, I put on a thai peanut sauce, squeeze on on fresh lime juice and sprinkle with a little fresh chopped cilantro and chow mein noodles. It's my favorite meal!!!

Also, the best lettuce wrap lettuce is butter leaf! It makes perfect wrap cups. A small head of iceburg that does not feel too firm also works well if butter leaf is out of season.

Put whatever you'd usually put between two buns in between the lettuce wraps. Meat, cheese. Whatever.

I know, I know: I'm the next Gordon freaking Ramsy. Say no more,

I don't get the deal with wrapping with lettuce. I LOVE it but I can't ever get a good wrap on. I've tried so many different kinds of lettuce. What am I doing wrong?!

I use Boston lettuce leaves. They seem to hold up better when wrapping.
