I have PCOS as well. The struggle is real...but it's not impossible. It just takes more work and dedication for us. I'm down 10 pounds and have another 50 to go.

If you want a treadmill, just look at the buy and sell sites. I see them on there all the time. I got mine from someone who was moving and paid about 20% of a new one...and this one is like new! As for equipment, everyday I use dumbbells, kettle bells, and treadmill.

You can add me. :) I agree with mharwell2229! Weight training is the bomb! I've been weight training for about 6 weeks now and, although I gained at first, the weight is starting to come off now. And I'm starting to look toned! It's awesome!

My favs arefFish, like salmon or cod. It's so good for you and so easy to cook. Pair it with some rice and veggies and you got a healthy meal. Just about any meal out there can be altered to be healthy. You just need to use your imagination. :)

I'd like to join! I need to lose a total of 60 pounds. Of that 60 pounds, I already lost 11. I lift weights 3 times a week and do a 30 minute workout video every single day.

I find exercise is really helping with my moods. I do a 30 minute exercise video every morning and it is really doing me well. As for the food...well...I have daily weak moments! I usually have a treat every day because, if not, I will eat everything in sight!

You are so right! It seems like sugar is added to everything. I did give in and had cookies tonight. I'm fine with that. I was in a bad way and I was satisfied after two, so that's not bad considering I could give the cookie monster a run for his money! lol. Yeah...they are my weakness! Tomorrow is a new day. :)

I could use this group. I've just started the 21 day fix on Tuesday and was doing well with eating...until right now. I just want some sugar! My monthly friend came to visit today, so that could be a lot of my issue. By the way, I have about 50 pounds to lose.

Please add me too! My goal is to lose 5 pounds this month...but anything more than that would be awesome! My goal for this week is to EXERCISE! I have been doing pretty good with decreasing calories and losing from that...now I need to step in up.

I promise you that if you keep working out and eat right most of the time (snacks are allowed in moderation!) you will see results soon! My SIL has a child from a previous relationship but all of our family treats him the same as if he was blood related. He's my nephew and I'm his aunt. The grandparents treat him the same as the other kids.
