you can do it! It is a set back, but don't let it stop you. A few weeks ago I had a big gain (beach vacation), I was bummed. a few people stepped in and gave me some kind words, and I jumped back in (wasn't easy) and kept on moving. I was able to get the scale headed in the right direction and now am back on track. you can do it.1 -
