I lost a lot of weight on WW but they were no help at teaching me to maintain it. So surprise I am on a health change not a diet, although I do have 20 pounds to go, it is just one choice at a time.

Hi Bella, I am well 55 and I have 2 children and 7 grandchildren, I am on your side. I have about 30 to loose but it is not the number of pound we loose but the change in lifestyle that will stay with us forever.

I would love to be your diet buddy, I have the same problem of loosing focus. Maybe together we can keep focused together.

I would love to encourage you first by saying dont look at it as round two. Look at your new baby as a gift and what you get to do together. Use your baby as a weight. Leg lifts, arm curles. Hang in there and remember if you had sucess once then you already have the tools on how to do this. Keep smiling <3 Linda F
