You're allowed to treat yourself! I just make sure I work out harder to account for the extra calories I plan on eating :) I think it's all about balance. I've been on here for almost a year so have a lot of experience at this whole "diet and exercise" stuff. This year I'm getting rid of that final 5kg!! Feel free to add…

Sent through a request! I'm on here a few times a day and love motivating others!! Good luck with your goals :)

I'm pretty sure it just means you don't have enough salt in your diet? I sometimes get these too and I find it's usually when I'm on my "super healthy" buzzes. Have you decreased this in your diet or been having more hard core sweat sessions? Just my experience :)

I mix my own. Sesame oil, Lemon, soy sauce, crushed garlic and chilli = Yum!

Every day after work I tell myself "Gotta run for my dinner!" otherwise I'd be over every day :)

Have been consistent for the last 5 months. My calves and guns are probably the most noticeable and I almost have abs :) I do cardio 3-4 times a week as well as lifting 3-4 times a week and just keep under my calorie count (most of the time ;)) Crank that protein!!!

Have you readjusted your BMR now that you are a bit lighter? The lighter you are the less calories you need to "exist" I had to go down to 1550 once I lost weight.. Maybe this will help, maybe it wont either way don't give up!!!!!

Vit D - I'm deficient Iron - For energy (and because mfp says I don't have enough) Protein shake here and there - Helps muscle repair Don't believe in taking pills for everything but these def help me stay healthy the second I stop taking vit D I get sick without fail.

Have you been keeping under your calorie count? I have a few friends who are on restricted diets and think because they're not allowed a certain food group they go a little crazy on the ones they can. Do you exercise for 4hours 6 times a week? If so that is too much and is a really ineffective way to work your body. You…

Personally I would want a mega hot, fit trainer! I think just the visual impact alone would motivate me to work harder let alone all your knowledge on exercise and nutrition. At my gym there are some "bigger" trainers and I feel like as it is their career, they do it every day, they have studied nutrition, they should be…

A protein shake after weight training helps your muscles repair themselves, they need it!!! Also a Vitamin D deficiency can effect your body's ability to heal after exercise, the doctor told me as I have brown skin my body doesn't absorb it like lighter skinned people so I take a supplement once a month. Hope this helps :)

HOT!! I'm aiming for some sweet abs too :)
