  • You are truly amazing and SO inspiring! Thank you for sharing! :drinker:
  • I know what you mean.. I get frustrated with myself because I know that I will always have this constant battle in me about food, but if you want it bad enough it is possible.. It just depends on what you want more. It would be ALOT easier to just give up, but is that what is going to make you happy? Probably not and that…
  • I have never tried an In-N-Out Burger but I hear they are awesome! (there isn't one near us).. I am pretty confident I can do this.. :) I am going with my parents and they don't even know or care what the word diet means.. lol
  • LOL I love how you narrowed it down for me with the double cheese burger and all. Fortunately I am not a huge ice cream/milkshake fan, but I do love me a nice juicy hamburger. I know mcdonalds has pretty decent salads too. I will have to look up the restaurants and see what the best is.
  • I am 5'5 and my current weight is 136. I would like to get to about 115, but I would be very happy if I could just tone up what I have now.. :)
  • Hi I am Jessica I am 27, and I did lose 60lbs, but have gained 15 back.. I got too comfortable again and started working back in an office environment! Feel free to add me!
  • Thanks to everyone for the great advice! You all are a wonderful inspirations!:flowerforyou:
  • I have a hard time drinking plain water also, so these are some really great ideas! Thanks!!:flowerforyou:
  • Thank you everyone! When I go to the grocery store this weekend I am really going to have to think healthy. My kids are in that really picky stage so it is so hard to find something they will eat as well.:ohwell:
  • Thank you! Water, I think is my biggest enemy lol! The water here at the office tastes like PVC pipe. I guess I need to just buy a case and leave it here at my desk or something. I just got really discouraged when I started gaining it back..
