The gain in a little weight could be ANYTHING! it could have been 2pm instead of 3pm. Ignore it, losing that much in inches is amazing! Focus on that! Keep up the work

Stretch, Ice massage a few times a day (I like filling styrofoam cups with water and freezing it), and be very very careful about running on shin splints. Give it a few days rest if it still hurts see a doc.

6lbs in 3 weeks! thats perfect. 2lbs a week is ideal. Most people (including myself) would kill for that. Keep it up and make sure to take measurements.
