I meant that the philosophy of eating MORE isn't going to do any good unless you are eating the right foods. I never said anything about eating less.

I did the 30DS last year and it's pretty much like Ripped in 30. I was sooooooo sore for the first week, even into the 2nd week, but after that, it's smooth sailing!!!!! By Week 4, you should be good to go!!

I did one last year and it was AWESOME!!!! It was a blast!! It was a fun run, then afterward you get to enjoy the concert! It's family friendly and just a good time overall. When I did it, I STAYED on level 1, lost 9 pounds and 3 inches off my waste and 2 or 3 off my arms and legs!!

I'm wondering about this myself. I'm in NC and I've been told that running in the winter is SOOOO much harder than in the summer because of the cold air and how it affects your breathing. I have asthma, so I'm a bit concerned. I too just started this summer! Curious myself!!!

My TDEE is 2417. If I deduct 20% from that I should be eating around 1800-1900 cal. a day to lose weight? Right? It just seems like a lot to be on a mission to lose this last 20 pounds! :)

I would say give in and have just one or two, but you said you've been 2 days without sugar. If being without sugar is a goal for you, then I would thank them and tell them that you are going to save them for later (and let your family eat them so they don't go to waste).
