I’m currently trying to cut about 10 pounds of fat after focussing on muscle Building for the last year. I’m doing the 40/40/20 ratio. I’m currently 151 lbs. I’ve just started the last week and a half and I’m already down 3 lbs :)

i understand the " you should love yourself " comments but this is also coming from a society nowadays of people who dont give a crap about their health. by striving to be fit, healthier, and putting good things into your body that your body and you deserve you ARE loving yourself much more than those who abuse there…
